OUR FALL IMMERSION WAS A HIT! 
With an immersion series designed for anyone who loves yoga, we're looking forward to gathering again to prepare for Winter before the holiday madness begins. This series consists of three evenings of "old school" one hour and forty-five minute classes with Mind Body Dancer® Director, TaraMarie Perri. A Winter/seasonal selection of advanced class themes will be explored with further inspiration from a topic of yoga study, science or visual art. There will be plenty of time allowed for breath preparation, investigation, advanced posture/variation offerings and meditation.  

Excellent for dancers, performers, artists, yoga teachers and intermediate and advanced yogi/nis interested in deepening their practice!

TaraMarie's signature creative teaching style will weave the breath into the dynamically rich soundscape as created by Shane. Students will be part of a yoga experience like no other. Responding the muses of movement and music, the body and mind will be deeply connected to the reflective spirit of the Winter season.
